Unprofessional-No clear answers

I ordered a trolley. We send it back in the " 30days" try. They refused to refund ok... but they also keep the trolley for 3 weeks! So for now, i lost my money and my trolley!

I got a Qplay Miniby Kids bike 14 inch - 3 in 1 - balance bike - Cream.My daughter loves it. I assembled it and it looks like made of high quality. The only issue is the weight. I believe for the size its a little heavy but otherwise a fine bike. I would recommend.
