I ordered a bike via kruidvat website, the bike never deliverd its been a month. I asked for the refund thats also i did not get yet.

We are STILL waiting for our son’s bike…

We are still waiting for our son’s bike to arrive for his birthday. We ordered it over a week ago, and it’s still not arrived therefore he will not be receiving it on his birthday. We are so disappointed. We have received very little and unhelpful communication.

Very disappointing experience with inadequate customer service

The company promises delivery within 2 working days to the UK, but in reality this not a promise but a straight lie. Calling it an estimation is inappropriate either as a week has past yet still nothing done. I had to email for a status update to which I was told the blame lay with DPD and they would endeavour to ship out the same week, however this never happened and when I sent a second email to say if the order wasn't shipped by the next week then I will simply cancel the order.Lo and behold, no shipping update, no email to apologise for any delay, but a simple automated email to say that my order was cancelled. Not sure what customer service training they have at this company but it sure needs refreshing.Very disappointed - I used to hold Dutch companies with high regard but it seems my trust and expectations were misplaced. I will not consider this company again, regardless of the deals they may have on (which was why I decided to buy from them in this instance) - I would rather pay a little extra for at least some base level of customer service. This is why Amazon are cannibalising smaller companies - it seems inappropriate to complain about Amazon wiping SMEs out when you can't provide even simple customer service, no?
