me with another health problem I have had for many years. But to my disappointment the next bottles didn’t give me the same effects. I figured they changed the formula of the product. I pleaded with them back in December 15 2025 what ingredient changed which I’d gladly supplement to achieve the same effects. Over the course of many weeks, faced with ai bot responses, and then agents who kept saying they’re sorry for the delay, blah blah, they’ll send my request to upper management etc etc. more weeks go by and more “apologies” and “we’re working on its”. Several times they’ve asked the same questions about when I first bought the product and if I still have the container to send a pic of the label. (Who keeps empty packages?)(I told them when I bought it)(they don’t keep records of their formulas/dates/changes?)
And the entire conversation is in the same email thread they don’t bother to read and it’s always someone new “helping” me and ask the same questions.
It’s now February 13 2026,and after I sent the label to the current product they’ve stopped responding altogether. They seem to be done with me. I told them if they can’t or won’t help me then be honest about it. This has caused me a lot of stress waiting and hoping for answers to solve my chronic health problem.
I rate 2 stars because I think the product does help my sleep a little. Not amazing because I still wake up tired and I’m still puffy in the face. No weightloss. Nothing else. Not a fan of this business.
