I own 190 Mooncat polishes and have been a customer for three years. I’ve made at least one order a month for the last three years and their product is still my favorite polish. I get about ten days before i change my polish (because i want another color), and each polish is beautiful and unique— nothing like the stuff at a drug store. Very generous rewards program with points that are easy to build up. I’ve enjoyed many freebies and points-only exclusive polishes.I order on a lot of launch dates and consistently get my orders shipped within 3-4 days (since I’m on the US west coast) and received my order quickly. Even when they’re slammed!Their customer support has always been attentive and quick. Once, I received a broken nail file that was a free gift— a replacement was sent right away. Missing package of discontinued shades lost by USPS for a month? Replacement shipped via express. Messed up brush? Replacement. This isn’t a unique story, many other friends who are customers have had similar treatment. Gold standard.It’s not unheard that people have problems with body chemistry compatibility, and longevity with the polishes, but that’s a base coat and body chemistry issue. Polishes you’re unhappy with can be returned and refunded. Also a common occurrence. I don’t get anyone who says CS isn’t responding, that has literally never been mine and other friends’ experiences with this company.
