My review is almost identical to the first one. I ordered a necklace for the wife early on the 23rd of December that had two day delivery. The necklace was to arrive on the 28th of December in time for New Year's Eve. On the 27th they created a label but never bothered to take it to the post office! I contacted the service center on the 29th and they promised to pass it on to their "Moon Expert". On the 31st they actually took the item to the Post Office whereby it is now scheduled to be delivered on January 5th. It isn't about the quality of the product but when something is purchased for a special occasion it defeats the purpose when arriving a week late. This rests solely upon the business and not the post office. Keep this in mind on any purchase from Moonglow. Don't trust their arrival dates or when they even decide to ship the item.
