I purchased a piece from Moonglow Canada on Dec. 9, and paid $10 for shipping to ensure it would make it to my best friend before Christmas. She is such a lover of jewelry and of astrology so I thought the piece I chose for her would suit her perfectly, and it probably would, except that Moonglow can’t even be bothered to hand the package over the FedEx. Again, I purchased the necklace online Dec. 9, 2020, and now Dec. 22, 2020, the company has STILL not released it to FedEx.I have spoken with the company 3 times about this. The first time I received an obviously copy and pasted response. I know this because they didn’t even bother to change the first name on the draft and referred to me and somebody completely different.The second time I reached out to them, they assured me again that they would have it to FedEx THAT day and yet, here we are. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. When you think you’ve found the perfect gift for someone, and then it turns out that the company can’t do something as simple as SEND IT OUT.... well. Here I am writing this review so that hopefully someone else won’t have to experience this. Find a local jewelry maker and support them instead, Moonglow doesn’t care about their customers.
