I would give this “app” zero stars if possible. I signed up for the free trial and realized it doesn’t provide legitimate information so I didn’t want to keep using it. They don’t show you how to cancel your subscription. They are super cryptic about it so they can charge you without your knowledge. The only option you are given is to delete it, which is also confusing bc that doesn’t actually cancel the subscription. Once I figured out how to cancel (you have to email them) they had already charged me. I explained my situation and they have refused to refund my $30 that I am convinced they stole from me on purpose. The WORST customer service. The WORST business model. And THIRTY dollars?!?! For what??? Don’t sign up! And if you do, make sure you figure out how to cancel your subscription or they will steal from you too.***update: they claim they will help in their reply to my negative review but that is just for show. I’ve emailed with them several times already where they refused to give me a refund despite me explaining what happened. Just bc you reply that you want to make it right doesn’t make it so.
