As others have noted, I signed up for a 7 day “plan” and was billed for a subscription that I did not purchase or sign up for. To avoid misleading consumers, this company should clearly label the 7 day plan as a 7 day “trial period”. While Moongrade canceled my subscription, they refused to refund the charge. I’m sure they make a nice profit on these customer “mistakes”.
