Back in March I ordered Beau the blue plushie paid with my debit card & I got a message that I needed to pay for my order so thinking my payment did not go through I redone the payment!I received 2 of the same plushie so I contacted MOONPAL & needless to say I was not treated right!! April I was in a coma & on a respiratory so I could not do anything! I was in the hospital a month!My acct got escalated & instead of the moon back I told them to send my Opal the purple plushie! I received the order on Tuesday and guess what they sent me Beau AGAIN!Now they won't answer my emails! I had told several people about the plushy NOT EVER AGAIN!! They are scammers & cheats!! I am giving them 1 more day then I will contact the BBB!Jennifer
