My card and box of fudge arrived in time. But the box was ripped at the edge and the quality of the card was just ok. I selected standard size (A5) only to find out it's actually smaller than A5.
Moonpig is a great service for buying greeting cards. It is especially useful for me and anyone else who has health issues and can’t get to a brick and mortar card shop. You can get cards sent to your home address with a blank envelope to give personally, or delivered to your recipient of the card.
The only let down with Moonpig is the excessive prices for delivery. The high price really bumps up the cost of your chosen card and can be a put off for some.
I made an order (birthday card) and I wasn't sent an envelope to forward on to the person. I got in touch and they wouldn't give me the option to pay for the postage so they could send one to me.
If you want to buy more than one card, the app is not the place to do it! Every time you add a card to your basket, the “buy more crap that you don’t need” menu pops up and there’s no way to navigate away from it.
We all know the cards are editable, funny, pretty etc so not much to say about the cards themselves- apart from a card is a card 🤣
I had overlooked a close relative's birthday date, even though I had been receiving reminders from the guys at Moonpig. My final reminder told me I only had 1 day left, and I hadn't mentioned that the relative was across the other side of the world in Oz. I quickly designed a card, paid a good price for it, and by the next morning received an email from Australian post that it was on its way. all I can say is Well Done Moonpig & " Good 0n Yah Mate!"
Thanks, see you again at next one on my birthday list.
I think this was my first time buying a card from Moonpig. Using my wifes account!
It was very easy to do, from start to finish. A great sellection of cards to choose from, I went with funny. Also, an easy to follow the payment process.
A very fast delivery too, despite Moonpig saying it would be arriving by the 26th of February, it was here the very next day, 24th of February.
Yes, I can say Moonpig receives top marks from me.
The day before Valentine's day I realised I had forgotten to leave my hubby his Valentines Card before I went away for a few days. Never thought i'd be able to get a card to him in time, especially as we live in a remote, rural area but my daughter in law had the Moonpig app so I chose a card, paid a bit extra for the 'rush' delivery & couldn't believe it when my hubby said he got it the very next morning.
Phew....relationship saved!
I ordered a birthday card and gift for my friend and I specifically wanted it to be delivered on her birthday, 25th of February. Instead the gift (prosecco) got delivered with a “to someone special” card but no name on it! Also no birthday card was with it. Totally spoiled my gift surprise for her
All I wanted to do was buy a card
Never again, so many offers I didn't want , everything ridiculously overpriced I didn't need. 3 times I said I didn't want annual membership.
This company do not care , they want you money and bombard the screen with offers, making it very different for people no good with technology to just buy a custom card.
