Our experience with the program fell short of our expectations. The classes leaned heavily towards lectures with minimal hands-on guidance, and questions were not consistently addressed before progressing to new topics. Moreover, our interactions with customer support were frustrating. Our issues were not resolved effectively, communication lacked follow-up, and there were instances of miscommunication that impacted our child's access to classes. Overall, the program did not fulfill our expectations regarding engagement, support, and coordination, prompting us to discontinue.
