The only factor stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is the 5-6 day redemption processing time. I'm unsure why it takes so long to process what should be an instant debit card payment, but they did manage to pay out my $500 redemption. I also use other platforms that offer instant transactions, and the lengthy wait for approval here makes it less appealing for loading money and continuing to play. While I'm glad they completed the payout, the week-long wait is definitely a significant drawback for me.
