I am writing this update because Moonspin is still refusing to honor my $700 redemption that has been "pending" since March 2nd. I am a Silver Supernova VIP, fully KYC verified, and have been told for nearly a month that my payout is stuck in a "technical backlog.
At this point, it’s clear this isn't a glitch—it’s a refusal to pay. I’ve exhausted every "amicable" route.
I’ve reached out to their support dozens of times only to get the same copy-paste scripts from "John" and others, despite the fact that per Moonspin's own website I should be receiving quote "VIP Support" which clearly does not exist. This is a blatant case of false advertising and only further reinforces the bad faith of this entire situation.
I even reached out to Hacksaw Gaming directly to inquire about the legitimacy of Moonspin and included Moonspin Support on the email only to have my inquiry redirected back to the same bot responses from Moonspin support.
Because of their lack of transparency and bad faith stalling, I have taken the following formal actions:
1. FTC Report Filed: Reference #199592207.
2. Indiana Attorney General: Formal referral (Case #2026-0758174) for deceptive trade practices.
3. Evidence Dossier: I have compiled a 53-page document of every win, every screenshot, and every failed support interaction, which has been forwarded to federal investigators and class action counsel.
They are happy to take your deposits instantly, but they will hide behind "backlogs" the second you try to withdraw significant winnings. The ironic part is that their redemption systems seem nonexistent while their endless deposit solicitation emails continue rolling in daily.
At this point, I'm confident I will not receive my winnings voluntarily, so in the coming days, I will be moving forward with a Small Claims Notice of Claim in my local court.
