I purchase a Kumquat bush and a Navel Orange plant 2 and 1/2 years ago. I was told about a year ago given the freezes we have gone through it will take some time to produce fruit. I notice that both plants were grafted also. I visited the facility/nursery on Hwy 6 close to Sugar Land and the manager made an appointment to visit to view the problem. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO VIEW THE PLANTS. So much for plant insurance and commitment to satisfy the customer. Use this note to future customers about their word.
