I decided to wait a year after my procedure to provide an honest and balanced review of this establishment. I underwent surgery for both girth and length, which is quite common. The experience was excellent up until after the surgery. Immediately after waking up, I was checked for complications, but I never saw the doctor again that day for post-op care instructions. I was told they would be emailed to me three days later, which was frustrating. As a result, I believe I have developed a complication with fat lumps forming. While I knew this was a rare risk, I feel that post-surgery instructions should be provided more promptly. Eventually, I was told that my issue could be resolved but at an additional cost. I felt misled and disrespected, as I believe my concerns should have been addressed earlier. I regret my decision and now feel that other establishments may offer better care and respect for their patients.
