After waiting a year post-procedure to provide a fair review of this establishment and its services, I feel compelled to share my experience. I underwent a typical girth and length surgery, and the initial care was satisfactory until the surgery was completed. I was still at the facility when I woke up, and after recovery, the doctor who performed the procedure checked for any immediate post-surgery complications. Everything seemed fine, but I didn't see him again that day. I expected a thorough discussion regarding post-surgery care, including dos and don'ts, but the nurse simply told me I could leave without any instructions, promising that details would be emailed to me three days later. Consequently, I suspect I have developed a complication with concentrated fat forming in lumps at the base of the penis. While I understand this is a rare risk, I believe that clear post-surgery instructions should be provided right after the procedure. It seems like basic common sense, yet it was clearly lacking in this professional setting. Eventually, I received some guidance online, but it felt too late. When I raised my concerns with the doctor, he mentioned that it could be corrected at a minimal cost, which initially seemed like a reasonable response. However, I soon felt belittled when he dismissed my concerns, referring to the issue as merely a lump of fat, not a cyst—something I never mentioned. I felt disrespected as he even involved colleagues to mock my understanding. I left feeling that I had wasted both time and money, and I lost my dignity in the process. While I believe the doctor may have had success with others, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had hoped to receive the best care, but now I’m convinced that other establishments may provide better service and respect for their patients, even abroad. It seems that the focus is more on profit than on genuinely caring for patients and improving their lives.
