At the end of the day, apart from constant lies, it's up to the customer where they spend their money. There is no doubt, 95% 4 star reviews are fake. Remember, never ever is there any evidence of P&L. Remember also, even with the fake 4 star reviews, the 1 star bad reviews are around 70%. Would you buy a new car if the satisfaction rating was 25%..... probably not!
