The customer support suck so bad the games glitches and boots you out whenever 2 freespins fall if the 3rd so happen to stick it glitch I got bonus features and few times and come out with nothing the hold and wins glitches and these folks know it booted me out because a rep pulled up a screenshot showing my balance on the game in the picture telling you about the game that screen when you select a game that give the option to play gold coins or sc. The be asking md to prove it send a screenshot knowing I don't got no screenshot of being booted out. I really want a refund or even complimentary sc because they know that the glitching sabatoging the game and it happens fast so how I can catch it captured in a screenshot. I know they going to respond below telling me the game operate on RGN or whatever they be saying control the games but I dont care in MY OPINION things not right at all so Moozi dont respond telling me that. If ysl knew how many packages I spend my money buying and never ever profit it suck so ppl if glitching happens you might as well keep your money because its going to happen when ever it look like a win forming.
