Terrible experience. The mop is really cheap and shoddily made. The plastic is thin and brittle. I couldn’t get the mop head to click onto the pole because it was so badly made and over riveted. It took me 15 emails to get a refund out of this company and they refused to pay for my return postage, insisting it was my ‘change of mind’ rather than a faulty product. I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews here because I’ve actually had it in my hand…
