Purchased this mop and bucket & five extra cloths in February. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. The mop head does not swivel correctly so difficult to fit in the bucket. On the second use the plastic top where the mop is squeezed fell apart in 3 pieces so the mop could not be squeezed. Once the first cloth was used and washed it did not retain its shape and not longer fitted correctly. Have emailed several times and cannot get any help. Please do not waste your money
