SCAM company.Whem mine arrived i could not get the lid off and the mop head did not swivel.I emailed them explaining their goods are faulty & requesting a return address, which they ignored. They offered to send new spare parts (!?!) but failed to provide me with an adress or instructions to return the item.In the end i had to look it up.on Companies House, and posted the faulty Mop Pro back to them.They refunded the cost of the mop but refused to refund the £3.99 p&p, saying i had 'changed my mind' about a product that was faulty.So total Scam company as far as im concerned.
