I strongly advise against this. They refused to provide a full refund for items that were not as described. I bought a pair of boots that didn't match the description and requested a full refund multiple times. Instead, I was offered partial refunds, which I declined. Their maximum resolution was 60%, which is unacceptable. This feels like a deliberate attempt to frustrate customers rather than resolve issues fairly. Extremely disappointing experience; I would not recommend this company based on their handling of complaints and refunds.
