Useless item that does not do as described, constantly trying to offer a partial refund instead of paying the return costs for defective item which they legally have to adhere to with legislation in place from 2013 and 2015, now going through a chargeback process through the credit card company for selling items that are faulty and not fit for purpose and not as advertised on the website and refusing to pay the return fee as legislation from 2013 and 2015 clearly states they have to, while also arguing with them trying to offer me to give me a 40% refund and keep the faulty not as described item.
