Bought an overnight bag and the strap broke on 1st use, very poor quality unfortunately. Contacted the company who were quick to respond initially saying I could post it back for a refund/replacement (at my cost), alternatively they would offer a part refund and I could keep the bag. Asked for more information on the part refund twice now and it’s been complete radio silence for nearly 2 weeks. Very disappointed in the product quality but the poor customer service is inexcusable in my book. I would recommend others look elsewhere as my experience has been dreadful.
