I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this service. My case was shuffled among several representatives without any notification, and there was minimal communication. I even sent a letter outlining my concerns, but received no response. My final representative reached out once but then ceased communication. Due to the inconsistent handling of my case and poor service, I do not believe they earned the fees paid. Their claim of being 'for the people' feels misleading. If I need legal assistance again, I will choose a different service.
