I spent two hours answering their online questions, only to receive constant robo calls. When I called back, I encountered the rudest representative I've ever met. Despite answering all of his questions, I wasted another hour for no reason, as the social security letter lacked a date. Other legal firms didn't have any issues with that. I strongly advise against using this law firm due to their unprofessionalism.
