I was brought in to start a desk that the manager was unfamiliar with, leading to multiple hires without proper management. Despite informing him about my ADHD and difficulties with compliance procedures, my requests for additional training and understanding were dismissed. I was subjected to angry calls about compliance, and when I expressed my partner's struggles, he was unresponsive. After bringing in significant business, I was unexpectedly let go. The office culture tolerated derogatory nicknames and promoted inappropriate behavior. My exit interview was poorly handled, with vague reasons for my termination. It was clear the manager was unwilling to work with someone neurodivergent, leading to my dismissal without justification.
