My first experience ordering merchandise turned out to be just as disappointing as I expected. My daughter was excited to receive a backpack and keychain, but after waiting 2.5 months for delivery, we found the backpack to be adorable yet entirely impractical. There's only a SINGLE STITCH keeping it together! It won't last a week at school. For context, even a simple t-shirt is better made. What a waste of $90! It feels like ordering a custom item from a budget site. I should have seen this coming.
