The morning after I placed a large order for my granddaughter's birthday, I realized I had already placed the order. I instantly contacted their customer service, explaining that I had only placed the second order 8 hours earlier. I was told that they would try to stop the order before it was fulfilled and would advise me. Of course, I did not receive ANY response even after multiple attempts. Therefore, I will NEVER buy another product from this company.
