This was my first time ordering merchandise, and it ended up being as disappointing as I feared. My daughter was excited about a backpack and keychain, but after a 2.5-month wait, we found the backpack cute but completely impractical. It has just a SINGLE STITCH holding it together! It won’t last a week at school. For comparison, even a basic t-shirt is better constructed. What a waste of $90! It feels like ordering a custom item from a discount site. I should have anticipated this.
