DODGE RAM HD (09-18) XB EVO LED HEADLIGHTSThese are some of the most beautiful headlights on the market the look and fit like oem but better. The shipping was quick and a packaged incredibly well. With a free gift. Light quality is the best I’ve ever had/seen. The light cutoff is dang near perfect there is even a small “notch” of no light that is aimed directly at the on coming lane. Installation was quick and easy. The video guide was excellent and the parts and wires were packed in order of installation steps. Here is my problem. I just spent $2100 on the best headlights available plus $750 on tail lights(separate order) and they are filled with condensation (headlights) after just one month of use. I haven’t driven in the rain yet. I haven’t been off road or mudding. It’s incredibly disappointing that my 11 year old oem lights never once had condensation yet the worlds best lights do!? Morimoto plz figure out how to solve this. I have a buddy that has a set of the Morimoto lights on his 17 F250 they are beautiful or they were beautiful and the condensation in his lights has baked into the backside of the lens overtime, causing the lights to look incredibly aged and dirty, thus lowering the light quality take the time with your product to figure out how to seal them better. Update as of 09Mar 2026After seeing the photos of the condensation in my lights the customer support team reached out with this message. “Thanks Ted,Both of these lights will need to be replaced under warranty. If you don't have an account on our website, please go ahead and create one now.In order to send replacements, we will either need to get your faulty lights back first, or have you purchase replacement lights.If you choose to purchase the replacement, your card on file will be charged and the part will be shipped (please make sure the card is on file and up to date). Please let me know what option you want to proceed with, and I will get that all setup for you.DO NOT ORDER THE REPLACEMENT ON YOUR OWNOnce we receive your faulty light back, that purchase would be refunded.”Let me get this straight you want me to float another 2100 before tax or go a week plus without head lights?Their response Hey Ted,These options I presented you with are the only two available options.Please let me know which of these two options you want to proceed with, and we'll go from there.Travis @ SupportThis is absolutely Unsat.
