My reason for contacting Morrish was for a Will and whilst I did not complete it for personal reasons, I didn’t think I could continue working with the solicitor.There was not even an introduction of their name when I first met with them, total lack of empathy. Throughout the appointment I felt I was an inconvenience and there was a general lack of explanation for things that I should include or consequences of things I had included. I left with more questions than answers and was put off following up.Lack of professionalism!
