If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. It took our loan officer Damian Gallagher over two months to tell me that we couldn't do a cash out refi because we hadn't been in the home over a year. This should have taken about 5 minutes. Then he suggested a home equity loan and told me we would be closing 1/14. All along my bills were getting later and later. On 1/15 I asked for an update on status and he THEN informed me that my credit score was now too low to do the loan. If he had not DRAGGED his feet since OCTOBER my credit score would have been over 700 and this would not have been an issue. I also had an issue with the processor when we did our original closing with them that cost me delaying my closing for two full weeks AFTER my movers had already picked up everything from my old home and I had to pay exorbitant storage fees. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this company.
