An awful experience which only made the stress of moving house much worse. We appreciate that Mortgage Bureau weren’t to blame that the person who was dealing with our case left part way through our house sale. However the details of our case got lost in the handover and it took daily phone calls on our part to get our case picked up again. No one called back when they said they would. The delay affected the Product that we were able to get and it delayed our Completion Date by a month. An inaccurate application was submitted so our initial mortgage offer was wrong. This again was only rectified by multiple phone calls on our part. The communication was very poor. We will not be using this company again.
