Overall great experience. My closer Jack has been very responsive and got everything straight for us to close on time. Only little mess up was when locking the rate. Even though I submitted everything in time, they failed to lock in the rate of that day. Ended up with a few hundred dollars more in discount points. After negotiating, was told Morty would pay me back the difference after closing. Will see if I do get it back. Other than that, everything else has been nice and easy.Update: received the payment a few weeks after the closing. Everything is all settled now as they promised. Definitely recommend!
