I got scammed by Moruhiko.com

So I ordered one of their "Cyber Suits" on May 5th 2025. Long story short: I was scammed. I read through all their terms and conditions and expected it to be quite long, as they stated it would take 40-90 working days (!) to produce. Not sure if they sew it like cavemen by hand or something, but they assured quality, so I went with it. Granted on their website 90 working days was the max. And after the item has been produced, they claim it takes another 14 - 16 working days to bring it to the post office. So I thought, like a median of 50-60 working days until I get a tracking number should be reasonable and boy was I wrong.So after sending them email in July (guess I was being impatient) asking them about a status, they got back to me with some AI generated email like this:Hello!  Thank you for your inquiry. We understand your anticipation in receiving your order. We wanted to clarify our production process and timelines.All of our products are preorder only, handcrafted items. We do not carry any "on stock". As stated in the product description on our website, the standard production time is 40-90 business days (excluding weekends). This is followed by a 10-16 business day period for order verification, quality control, packaging, and obtaining a tracking number.Given these production times, we regret to inform you that it is highly unlikely your order will arrive by July. We apologize if this wasn’t clear during the ordering process. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions on our website, where this information is readily available.So I patiently waited until October 27th, when it was about 127 working days already and sent them a friendly reminder:Today is 28th October!! It has been 126 business days now and I would like to know if my order will be shipped or not. If it will not be shipped within this week, I want to cancel immediately. This is ridiculous, it's a costume, not a f**** spaceship!10-16 business days for quality control, packing and tracking number? Are you f**** kidding? This can be done in an hour!This went back and forth until the day in early November, when I told them I wanted to cancel and my money back. Obviously 120 working days had passed so I wasn't able to claim it back with paypal or my credit card company. To my request of cancelling the order I got this reply 2 weeks ago:Dear Customer,We understand your frustration and your request for a cancellation and full refund due to not receiving a tracking number. However, we are facing significant challenges that make this request difficult to fulfill at this moment.We are physically unable to ship your parcel at this time. Our workshop is currently navigating a very difficult period. While your order is ready, we are unable to send it out. This is because approximately 200 parcels that were previously sent have been returned to us at the border, and we have not received refunds for them. This has created a financial strain, and we are currently awaiting some funds to be able to dispatch your package.We completely understand your concern about this situation. We want to assure you that we have taken your request seriously and have prioritized your order with our team. They are aware of the urgency and are working to get your order dispatched as soon as the shipping situation improves and we have the necessary funds to cover the dispatch costs.We are very sorry for the inconvenience and the extended waiting time. We are doing our absolute best to overcome these obstacles and fulfill your order.I sent them 2 more email requesting my money to be returned and didn't receive an answer or any kind of notifications regarding the order. I'm not sure where they are located, maybe Russia or something, but I'd really love to know as I'm pretty sure it's considered fraud, even in Russia or wherever they are located. What a disappointment. Do any of you have similar experiences with this online shop? I've been shopping online my whole life, mostly on individual shops to support them, and this never ever happened.
