Despite some of the good reviews I did not like the food. Also, nowhere on their website is a place where you can cancel your subscription which is a big red flag. They do not send any notification of a pending order for you to review changes or cancel. All I got was notification from PayPal I am being charged. I had to send an email to support at mosaicfoods.com to cancel a subscription. They state reimbursement on first order if you did not like it and no questions asked. Time will tell if they abide by this. I have subscribed to previous meal delivery programs and cancellation was always easy on the website. They make it purposely difficult to delay the process.
