The food is healthy, filling, vegan, and delicious. Very easy to store and prepare. Although I cook dinners on most weekends I don't have time during the week to make meals as fancy and healthy as Mosaic. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian as I eat meat and fish occasionally, once or twice a week. Would be great to have the menu choices change more frequently.
