Avoid, the quality of their suits and shirts are not satisfactory for a mid range/upper middle retailer.After light use and a dry clean the stitching of both the suit and shirts started to unravel. Honestly, it looks like I was sold a second hand outfit/ former rental outfit which has been put through its paces. I suspect they do this often judging by the other reviews here.Plenty of complaints about their velvet suits not surviving a dry clean. Shoes falling apart in a month, stitching of shirts unravelling after light use. I advise others here to charge them back or take them to small claims. Their customer service has no intention of doing anything, just delay, deny and defend using technicalities. Despite my extensive complaints and getting nowhere, I had little choice but to initiate a chargeback. Ironically once it went through, I got a message saying there were no records of my complaints. Then it got bad, the level of gaslighting from the customer service agent was quite simply disgusting. Made no attempt to even contest properly just trying to argue procedural technicalities. Like you didn't complain properly despite the fact it was obvious they don't have any intentions of dealing with the complaints. This was proven from the fact there were supposedly no records of my complaints.There seems to be a certain level of evil and sleight of hand from the both store staff and the head office. Where even when they are caught they'll use manipulation tactics to convince you that they are right. There was actually very little of substance in their messages just a whole host of manipulations, accusations of fraud etc. No offense but any reasonable person will recognise that considering I had to travel a long distance to visit the store again, the amount involved simply wasn't worth the travel costs.I advise everyone else to ignore their attempts to mess you around. Give them a few weeks to deal with your problem and then if no resolution go straight to chargeback or small claims. Plenty of other reviewers seem to have had their complaints delayed beyond the charge back deadline deliberately. And then radio silence from customer service.I also know of others personally where this has happened.
