However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.After purchasing a tie that came apart after only a handful of uses, I expected a simple and straightforward exchange. Instead, I’ve spent far too much time visiting the store and sending multiple emails, yet the issue remains unresolved.It’s frustrating to have invested so much time in something that should have been handled easily, especially as a loyal customer who has spent a great deal with MOSS over the years. Normally, the in-store service is good, but this experience has made me seriously rethink where I shop in the future.
