Only refunded half of what I returned, despite the parcel being unopened, I returned it as it arrived. Now it’s under going “investigation”, this is completely out of order. I expect to receive my refund for the trousers immediately. They keep fobbing me off asking to wait another 5 working days, this is totally unacceptable.
