I bought a 3 piece suit from the York shop where the service was excellent. As they didn’t have my size they arranged for it to be sent to me. Unfortunately when it arrived it was dirty and totally unfit to wear. I contacted them online and they agreed to refund me when I returned the suit. However they said there was a postage charge to return it but if this was deducted from my refund they would reimburse this as well. However my refund did have the deduction and despite several emails to the same email address Moss are now ignoring my emails and have not refunded the postage. This is the first time I have bought from them and is very likely the last.
