Rented a suit and realised the date it was due had short opening hours during my work period. Called the store and confirmed it would be fine to drop off the next day. Then was charged with a £500 late fee even though there was no mention of this the day before over the phone. Reached out to customer service with predicament, Kasam was really unhelpful and dismissive. Will not be a returning customer and will never recommend.
