Rented a suit for 5 days. I was told I could return it on the Sunday by a memeber of staff. Rang them on Sunday morning to confirm the latest time I could drop the suit off, no response after 4 phones calls. Looked them up on google for the opening times, Sunday states they’re closed. Presumed my return date paperwork was an error and it was for the following day. I was told no and I had to pay an additional £400+ for their staffs error. Unacceptable clearly a tactic to squeeze additional £ out of customers.the manager came over and explained it happens a lot with their branch. Awful service use another suit rental company.
