Horrible experience and horrible company. Every bit of the experience with them is a nightmare. Start off with the treatment when you go in unless you are in a more expensive suit that the shop offer, you get no service and made to feel like you shouldn’t even have walked in. To try to then order online to avoid the awkwardness. To never even getting a mail to say your order is ready to pick up. To then wait 30 minutes without anyone even saying hello to you to just pick up your order. To the absolute worst experience to finally get your order and get it with ugly sale stickers all over your order and you asking hey can you at least give me the discount as you have clearly advertising it as ok sale to be told no and pay full price. The items bought were supposed to be a gift and now they have ugly sale stickers and residue on the item and no compensation.When you try to get some customer support on the matter all you get is an essay of an email about how they don’t care. Please feel happy that for the cost of 10£ you lost a customer in future.
