I’m already disappointed because I haven’t received my order! I ordered washing machine sheets 17 days ago with home delivery. Now, I’ve been informed that I need to pick it up myself. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if I didn’t have to take half a day off work to collect my order! The support team hasn’t even replied to my emails! I want a refund! This service is a joke.
