I bought the dishwasher sheets. I tried them a number of times - each time, mugs were tea-stained and had to be rewashed. When I looked for my money back, I was told that I had to return the product (at a cost of €18+ from Ireland) which meant that it was not worth my while. They offered me a 30% refund and keep the product - a product which I won't use. A total swiz.
