I am really let down as I haven’t even received the product! I ordered washing machine sheets 17 days ago with the option for home delivery. Now, I’ve received an email stating that I need to collect it myself from a pickup point. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t have to take half a day off work just to get my order! The support team doesn’t even respond to my emails! I want my money refunded! This is a joke of a service.
