The lady behind the makes is always so kind, she responds within a good time frame & is always so respectful towards my loved lost ones hair that I had included into multiple pieces. She made the whole process easy, quick & made sure I was happy with everything throughout the whole process. I had a very good experience with her so much so I've gone back to have more makes.
