Pure unsubscribe functionality. The product itself is good, but the subscription service works in a very confusing way. I’m having trouble unsubscribing because the website keeps showing errors every time I try. I don’t have an account since I purchased as a guest, yet it seems I still have an active subscription that I can’t get rid of. Right now it feels like I’ll keep receiving these products for the rest of my life.
